Samsung Product Registration
Product registration is a key gateway for Samsung to connect with their customers. Annually, there are about 2 million customers registering their products on Samsung.com. The previous design was outdated and feedback from customers complained that it was a frustrating, clunky and long process to register a product. In this redesign, I updated the look and feel to represent the Samsung premium brand and solve for the new photo upload feature.
My Role
I was the only UX/UI Designer.
Worked with one Product Manager, one Business Owner and the Lead Developer.
